All items from DIA___ONLINE are made to order. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

DIA___ONLINE is not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, delays can occur due to carrier issues. DIA___ONLINE is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will assist in tracking your order when possible.
